From a young age, Aaron has lots of energy and spent his childhood outside moving around and exploring that still persists to this very day. Over the years, health and fitness became of great value to him with the mantra 'health is wealth' and wanted to help others achieve better health and wellness as well. Naturally, he pursued a B.S. in Kinesiology as San Jose State with an emphasis on exercise and fitness. Prior to his degree, he has had varied experience within the field as an athletic training intern, a physical therapy aid, and went to a six month National Personal Training Institute program to become a certified NASM trainer to begin his career. He strives to learn and continues to do so by attending workshops and seminars yearly to stay updated on current information and methodologies to be of better value and service to those he serves. He has a knack for teaching and explaining movements with the goal of educating his clients towards their goals.
INTERESTS
Aaron loves the outdoor and has a passion for rock climbing, hiking, cycling, and camping. He seeks to be outside any chance he gets as it is what makes him most happy. When not outside he spend his time training, weight lifting, and spending time with friends and family. In his downtime, he likes to read or watch videos on psychology, fitness/training, and diet as that is what he is most passionate about.
