Hello everyone, I am Aaron, a personal trainer at 3FIT. My path to becoming a fitness trainer wasn’t exactly linear. In fact, it wasn’t until I met Marcel, who had just started 3FIT then, that I discovered my purpose to help people become fitter and healthier..
Ever since I was young, I wouldn’t sit still. With boundless energy at my disposal, I enjoyed indulging in some form of physical activity and exploring the outdoors. I loved to move and still do! Be it yoga, weight lifting, hiking or rock climbing, I yearn for movement in some shape and form every single day.
This natural inclination to keep moving led me down the path of becoming a personal trainer. For most of my life, I was trying to figure out my true passion and purpose. Everything clicked on this day when I met Marcel, who had then started his own fitness studio. Seeing the pictures of his clients’ transformation and getting to know his fitness methodology, made me wonder “Wow, how amazing it is to help people better their health. I want to do that too!” I got my B.S. in Kinesiology and never looked back.
I started as a youth climbing coach, rock climbing is a passion that is still alive and kicking. Later, I worked at a corporate gym to get some experience. But, I always knew where I wanted to be - it was at 3FIT. I joined 3FIT after my graduation, and continue impacting people’s lives in different ways.
Exercise or movement in any form is a physical and mental challenge that leaves me with lasting benefits including improved focus, mood, memory, and sleep. It also helps me grow - physical, mental and spiritual - and bring balance in my life. I believe everyone deserves to be the best versions of themselves on a daily basis. I help my clients do just that by helping them take advantage of numerous benefits of exercising.
INTERESTS
Beyond 3FIT, you’ll likely find me outdoors in the mountains hiking, rock climbing, kayaking to a peak, or simply camping. Since last year, I have taken a liking to pickleball, which offers me the opportunity to connect with people. When I am not moving around, I love relaxing at a sauna or reading books, catching up on anime, and hanging out with family and friends.
