30-Min Personal Training

Short on time, but don’t want to compromise on your health and fitness?
Our 30 minute personal training sessions are designed to get you the maximum amount of workout in a short time period. Mainly focused on combining strength and conditioning with HIIT, it is an efficient and an effective way to sneak in quality workouts with the right guidance. 

Semi-Private Training

Take advantage of our semi-private training sessions to workout with your friends, family or your partner. We accommodate small groups of 2-4 people, ensuring each person receives individual attention while accomplishing their personal goals. Designed for couples and small groups of people with similar fitness goals, they are a fun way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.
