Alison has been training for over ten years and worked with clients with varying goals from weight loss, rehabilitation, pre and postpartum women, hypertrophy and athletes. She has also coached high school track and field, basketball and cross country.
Alison has competed in over 30 obstacle races, cycled 100 miles with Tour de Cure, completed an Ironman 70.3 and, most recently, thru-hiked the 220 mile John Muir Trail.
