30 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING 

3Fit is now offering 30 minute sessions. Half hour sessions will be mainly focused on high intensity interval training to get you the maximum amount of fitness in a short amount of time. This is a great option for people short on time but big on commitment to their fitness and health. Sneaking in a bit of quality exercise with the proper guidance is always better than nothing!
