With over 6 years of experience in personal training, I specialize in strength and conditioning, flow training, mobility, and injury prevention. My passion for fitness started early, growing up playing baseball and boxing, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, hard work, and pushing limits. These early experiences have shaped my holistic approach to training, focusing on building strength, improving flexibility, and ensuring long-term injury prevention.

Today, I keep my fitness routine diverse and exciting through activities like surfing and martial arts, including Muay Thai, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). These practices continually challenge me, allowing me to incorporate a wide range of training styles into my programs to help my clients reach their full potential.

My goal is to inspire others to pursue their fitness journey with enthusiasm, dedication, and a well-rounded approach to physical and mental well-being.. I believe fitness is about more than just the gym—it’s about enjoying every moment, moving well, and living an active, balanced life.
